First chapter:

After a harsh winter, in fact the coldest winter in many years in Israel, with temperatures near zero degrees, the inhabitants of Tel Aviv were fond of the first Sabbath day of nice weather. The sun was pleasantly warm and the people of Tel Aviv inundated the many promenades on the shoreline and the numerous cafés and restaurants. Mothers took out their children to enjoy the sunny day. Danny Budder, student of Anthropology sciences in the Tel Aviv University, and his friend Baruch Kasty were also out enjoying the nice weather. The two mixed into the crowd and happily walked along the promenade until they got tired. Finally they sat down at one of the tables in an elegant café house. There were many young people, the best of the city's young folks, sitting, having their meals, chatting, gossiping on daily matters. Soon after a waiter came to them and asked for their orders. They ordered a continental breakfast. Then Danny turn to his friend "You know Baruch, I often see pretty girls around here, but it is very hard for me to get acquainted with them. I simply can't approach a strange girl and start a conversation with her. I'm not brave, or cheeky enough to do that. Not long ago, I saw a very beautiful chick here, she was all alone. I couldn't take my eyes off her, but I didn't have the courage to start flirting with her. Maybe you can advise me in this respect?
Baruch didn't answer right away to his friend. He sunk into a deep contemplation, and then he replied earnestly, "It's quite difficult to give advice in this matter. Each case is different. It's really not accepted to talk to a strange person for no apparent reason. There must be some circumstances for that. She might push you off, saying you're a nuisance, and a bothersome fellow and even threaten you to clear off; otherwise she'd call the police. But on the other hand she could be nice to you, even like you, and start talking to you. But you'll never know how things will develop with her. However I've thought of something, of a certain idea, in case you'll see a girl that you'll want to be acquainted with." He neared his head to his friend's ear and whispered something to him. Danny's eyes turned bright, as he said "Ah, it could be a great idea, but it depends on luck, as many things are in life, but is worth trying."
The advice that Baruch gave to his friend was the following: He'd buy a cell- phone equipped with a camera and the next time, when he'll see a girl he liked, he'd secretly take a snapshot of her. Then he'll put that picture of her on the Internet, in the section of called 'Cupidon' for looking for partners, with a subtitle underneath: 'The girl who'll recognize herself on the picture will call number X and win a surprise gift. ...
